Audi SQ5 - 3.0 TDI Quattro aut. [TipTronic] and Eriba

Steve reviewed on a Audi SQ5 - 3.0 TDI Quattro aut. [TipTronic] (230 Kw/313 bhp year: september 2012 - 2017) and a Eriba Nova 545 LuxusLine of (laden) 1665 kg.

Audi SQ5 plus (340bhp, 700NM) Hymer 545 luxusline (1800Kg).

Towed the Hymer with my old A4 3.0tdi which was actually pretty good, strange looks excepted.

The SQ5 is a totally different beast, towing is effortless, bags of power for long climbs and overtaking, very quiet and comfortable. Need to keep a close eye on the speedo though.

Fuel consumption not great, about 24 when towing.

The car is powerfull and control of caravan accesability is very well . The caravan have a better traiectory even at high speed.
Together are the best choice .
