The SQ5 is superb for towing due to the enormous torque produced. Economy with a large van is excellent.

Audi SQ5 plus (340bhp, 700NM) Hymer 545 luxusline (1800Kg).

Towed the Hymer with my old A4 3.0tdi which was actually pretty good, strange looks excepted.

The SQ5 is a totally different beast, towing is effortless, bags of power for long climbs and overtaking, very quiet and comfortable. Need to keep a close eye on the speedo though.

Fuel consumption not great, about 24 when towing.

The car is powerfull and control of caravan accesability is very well . The caravan have a better traiectory even at high speed.
