Citroen C3 BlueHDi 100 and Adria

Towing Adria Action with a Citroen C3 in this configuration is perfect.
But - in my papers from the factory is the towing limit 1150 kg. Not 600 kg. So everything in very well :-)

Purchased the Eriba Familia (2007) to match the Picasso C3. There is no need for towing mirrors and visibilty is excellent for all conditions. The unit is very stable up to 75mph with a Winterhoff hitch in use. Mpg falls from 60 to 48. Nose weight of 54kg is achievable. Power from the HDi is excellent with lots of torque when required.

Citroen C3 Picasso 1.6 Hdi and Bailey

This car manages to tow OK but struggles a bit up hills.Also when there is a wind it wobbles a bit so we keep speed to 55. Head wind causes it to struggle a bit but it does tow it. The tow ball weight is however low and we have struggled to get caravan nose weight down to 60. Be aware of this problem. The car is brilliant solo and possibly worth the slight weakness on towing. Check your data carefully.

We have the 110HP 1.6 diesel in 'desire' trim. It is a brilliant car under all conditions, and tows our Sprite 390 Super (1993) very well indeed. we have nothing but praise for the car.

Car is c3 1.4hdi, caravan is Eldiss elusion 4 berth, Van weight is 879 mass running in order, 1150 kg, car towed better with stablizer, car comfortably coped with 55 to 60 mph on most roads, average inclines this went down to 45 to 50 mph, fully loaded.
