Big car hidden under small car looks, Very capable of pulling our Elddis 646 (1700kg) with ease, and 5 Children in car ! Bit thirsty when towing, but whats to be expected? Only thing would change is 1st gear could have been smaller bit of clutch slip when on hills fully loaded with 7 bikes and large awning with 2 weeks of gear. But for 7 seats and still has a boot large enough for my electric wheelchair ! No power loss as yet 8k miles done. Very happy.
we have a grandis that kept losing power. Like the coment above it was back to garage about seven times. They fitted a new turbo. With the new turbo fitted we did about 600 mile round trip back in oct hols, car never lost power once. We were delighted at last SORTED thanks to our local mitsibushi garage
When it was new it towed very well, having now done 90k miles I wish I'd not chosen it, it struggles on all inclines, there must be a fault but garage can't ascertain what the fault is. after towing for a couple of hours it loses power and the only fix is to pull over start the engine up and carry on, until it happens again, sbout every 45 mins. Nut much fun when driving from the midlands to Brittany via the tunnel!! would not reccommend this car for a heavy van like mine.
towed well on motorway with cruisecontrol at 60mph,fuel was very good.country lanes you took corners wide but pulled well. over all very happy made towing a joy
