Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon 2.0D and Abbey

Nigel reviewed on 29 June 2011 a Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon 2.0D (150 PS/110 Kw, Year: 2008 - 2009) with a Abbey GTS Vogue 418 of 1427 kg.

The car manages the caravan very well under normal road conditions. It has plenty of powerand rides very stably. The only time I have really noticed a slight problem is in strong winds and this is because of the weight ratio and not because of the capability of the car.

Subaru Legacy 3.0R Spec.B and Coachman

I have spent this last year pulling my coachman Pastice around the country with my B spec Legacy and i am most impressed with its pulling power.As with any big engined estate i thought average fuel consumption of 22 MPG towing the Pastice was fair as i don't tend to get much more when im not pulling it.Would certainly recommend it as a towing car as mine is a 54 plate and only cost me 8 grand a bargain when there 28 grand brand new.
